If my life was only interesting to tell you... so here is a short story based of a dream I had fighting evil robots/cyborgs! (Sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes)
In a, sci-fi like times, a Cyborg has taken over, whatever plane this dream is set, and rules in tyranny! With his army of robots, he seemed unstoppable! but there was a glimpse of hope. Down in the streets, a girl (me) found an old music box, it's melody planned such a sad song as items like this where banned and those who held them paid dearly! One night, sitting in an abandoned corridor of her school, listening to it's tale, a teacher patrolled slightly and like an eagle targeted and snatched the music box, with their battered hands. The teacher took pity and took the music box from the girl and promised that they will never tell anyone of of it, but only if the girl promised to make a world where beauty could sing once more!
Years later, the girl joined a rebellion against the tyrant king, the Cyborg. Raising in rank like a hot knife through butter, with her wit and cunning plans won them many battles and gained the rebels many support. She eventual became the leader when the last, her beloved friend, was dragged from their bed and disappeared in the sun rise. As a leader, her skills where flawless, it would seem, but deep down her heart still mourned for the return of her old Captain.
Tragedy struck again on it's strings, when the rebels fought their way into the city, at first it seemed like victory until the king's robots ambushed them, capturing the rebel soldiers. Only hope, for their survival was to turn in, and be sent to the castle for certain death, but as their leader, the girl and her top Lieutenant did it anyway but a plan was mad as this maybe their chance to strike when the king wasn't look!
In the steel castle's hall, the air was cold, as no living soul heart beat was warm. Walking down to the clawed throne, heads down until the girl reached the end and looked up to see cloaked figure and the king, with a grin on his scarred, steel face. The girl untied her arms and pulled out a gun, aiming it at the king, the guards pointed their guns at her and everything seemed to paused, waiting for the first shot. The king just laughed and clapped as he stood up, reaching for the cloaked figure's hood, slowly pulling it down. The girl's eyes started to water as she saw her beloved Captains face, now turned into a component to the king's evil, her gun hand started to shake as the tears poured down her face; but soon anger, boiled in her blood, fuelling her movements, in one quick turn she had shot and killed all the robotic guards and the lieutenant followed her lead, as they both now faced their old captain and the king, who's grin grew larger. A battle took place. The lieutenant was wounded, the king laid dead and the old captain was dying in the girl's arms, his remaining humanity took over at the last second and stood in front of a killing blow aimed at the girl.
The tyrant was dead, the rebels won, but sadness still fell on the their celebration, as they mourned their old leader, how gave his last breathe to them.
